Harper Adams University – Venlo greenhouse extension

Project by Bridge Greenhouses

After successfully completing the first glasshouse facility for Harper Adams University in 2016, Bridge Greenhouses were very excited to be awarded the new second phase project.

Given the university’s prestigious reputation for agricultural studies, Bridge were the ideal partner for constructing and extending a functional and environmentally controlled research greenhouse.

The second phase included an extension to the existing glasshouse and an integration of new services including heating, fan ventilation and LED grow lights.

Area: 100.8 m2 extension

Industry: Education

Use: Research

Groundworks: Glasshouse foundations, cast wall concrete floors and drainage. We are also providing concrete plinths external to the glasshouse.
